RETURNS

Items which you are not 100% satified with can be returned to us within 14 days of reciept, or exchanged for a different size or colour, provided that the following requirements are met:

• Items must be in an unused/ original condition, and in its original wrapping/ packaging
• Items labels must be intact
• Postage costs for the items which are to be returned must be produced by you
• An appropriate postage service which ensures you have written proof of postage must be used

Delivery costs can only be refunded for items which are incorrect, damaged or faulty. Once the item is received we will complete the returns process within 3 working days. For all returns please use our Returns Form and the returns address which is located on your parcel or on the form itself. Please ensure you include the reasons for refund/ exchange as this will enable us to complete this transaction as quickly and simply as possible.
